We are not responsible for cancellations or damages caused by external circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
Deposits & Balances:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Final Payment:
Due by the invoice date. Late payments may cancel services.
Payment Disputes:
Clients agree to address concerns with us directly before filing payment disputes.
4. No-Refund & Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Client Cancellation:
All payments are forfeited.
Rescheduling:
One reschedule allowed if done 30+ days before the event date. A fee may apply.
Failure to Pay:
May result in automatic cancellation.
Company Cancellation:
If we must cancel due to emergency, clients may choose a refund or reschedule.
Weather & External Factors:
No refunds for events impacted by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Liability Waiver
Clients accept all risks associated with events and participation.
Tymeliss Moments is not liable for injuries, property damage, food-related issues, or vendor actions.
Clients release and hold us harmless for any claims arising from event participation.
6. Food Disclaimer
We do not provide catering services.
We are not responsible for food preparation, safety, or consumption unless directly produced by our team.
7. General Disclaimer
We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee specific outcomes affected by external factors.
Clients agree to indemnify Tymeliss Moments from claims caused by negligence, misuse, or third-party actions.
8. Additional Policies
Event Conduct:
Disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Photography & Media:
We may take event photos/videos unless the client opts out in writing.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.
Intellectual Property:
All designs and materials remain our intellectual property.
Communication:
Official communications must be in writing.
Dispute Resolution:
Clients must attempt direct resolution or mediation before legal action.
Governing Law:
Policies follow laws of the state where Tymeliss Moments is registered.
9. Photo Booth & Equipment Responsibility Policy
Clients are responsible for the care, supervision, and proper use of all photo booth equipment, props, backdrops, and accessories provided by Tymeliss Moments & Entertainment LLC.
Any loss, theft, or damage to our equipment—including cameras, lighting, props, décor, 360 platforms, and digital accessories—will result in the client being financially responsible for repair or full replacement costs.
Clients must ensure:
Props are kept clean, intact, and returned after use
Guests use the booth safely and respectfully
Drinks, food, or hazardous items are not placed on or near equipment
No one stands on, moves, or mishandles the 360-photo booth platform
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate shutdown of the booth without refund.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By booking, paying, or engaging with Tymeliss Moments, clients confirm they have read and accept all policies.
Policies apply to all current and future services unless updated in writing.
